Bear Right onto Old Country Road. (You'll pass Tanger Mall to your right)

Stay on Old Country Road - which becomes Main Road (Route 25)

Look for Mattituck High School on your left; It's about one more mile to the farm.

Look for Elijah's Lane on your left; you'll see the Farm's sign on the left immediately after Elijah's Lane.

Turn left at the Farm entrance.

Southern State Parkway East to Sunrise Highway (Route 27) East
Exit 63N, Old Riverhead Road -
Old Riverhead Road becomes Quoque River Road (Route 104)

Turn right onto Cross River Drive (Route 105)

Turn right onto Main Road (Route 25)
